Brittney Jews, CAM, ARM, NALP
Brittany Jews, NALP, CAM, ARM is currently a Community Manager with RReaf Residential. She began her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 after graduating from Harding University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Brittany currently holds the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association and the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She served on the Arkansas Apartment Association board as the chairperson for the Manager’s Council the years of 2016 through 2018 and co-chairperson for Manager’s Council in 2019. She looks forward to continuing to grow and build lasting relationships in the multifamily industry as she remains actively involved in the Apartment Association. She is married to Rodney Jews Jr. and they have three beautiful children Kamari, Rodney, and Bryson.

Jeremiah Palmer-Mangrum is a Property Manager with Somerset Apartment Management. Jeremiah, a native Memphian began his career on-site in 2001 as a Leasing Consultant and has worked his way up through all office positions on-site. Jeremiah has earned his National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) through the National Apartment Association.
Jeremiah attributes much of his success to being actively involved in both the Arkansas Apartment Association and Apartment Association of Greater Memphis Association when living in Memphis. Because of this success, he is highly passionate about maintaining and improving the Association for generations to come.

Melody DeLone the Arkansas Sales Executive for RentPath. She has been in the multifamily industry for the past 16 years starting out as a Leasing Consultant working up to Property Manager in 2010. Melody obtained her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation in February 2012. She was the President of the Arkansas Apartment Association in 2015. In 2017, she moved to the vendor side of multifamily where is worked as an Account Manager for National Contract Flooring until January 2020. Melody was also the President of the AAA in 2015 and has held many chair positions within the association the past 13 years.

Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas I have been a part of the constant change and growth that has transformed Little Rock into a very attractive place to call home. I have been servicing the multifamily industry for over 16 years. I have served as a leasing professional, assistant manager, property manager, supplier and now the Associations Executive. I have the knowledge and the expertise that makes me the unequivocal go-to resource for your AAA needs. As your Association Executive, I am here to serve you. My dedication and love for the multifamily industry and the development of others is what motivates me. I am a mother, a wife, and entrepreneur. When I am not working I enjoy fashion, time with my family and traveling.
