Shatoria Daniels has been in the multifamily industry for 15 years and started in the industry as a leasing professional in Fayetteville, NC. She has diligently worked her way to the position as Property Manager and obtained the CAM, ARM and CAPS designations. Currently, she is the Property Manager for Calais Forest Apartments, managed and owned by NPMA. She has been active with AAA for the past 13 years and has held several different chairperson positions including President (2010 and 2014). For the past three years, she has become active with NAA by being active on the CAB, Next Generation Committee, Apartment Careers committee, Inclusion and Diversity, and NAAPAC. She is also active with Jack and Jill of America and within Second Baptist Church. She has been married to Minister and Sgt. First Class Roderick Daniels for 15 years and they have a 9-year-old son Cameron.

Brittany Jews, NALP, CAM, ARM is currently a Community Manager with BSR Reit. She began her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 after graduating from Harding University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Brittany currently holds the NALP and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association plus the ARM designation through IREM. She served on the Arkansas Apartment Association board as the chairperson for the Manager’s Council the years of 2016 through 2018 and co-chairperson for Manager’s Council in 2019. She looks forward to continuing to grow and build lasting relationships in the multifamily industry. She is married to Rodney Jews Jr. and they have three beautiful children.

Shannon Hall, currently serving on the 2020 AAA Executive Board as Secretary. Shannon has been a Member, Co-chair, Chairperson for the Arkansas Apartment Association. Shannon brings 15 years of multifamily experience. She comes with a wealth of knowledge from Tax Credit, HUD, to Conventional properties. Shannon provides an exceptional living experience to her residents. She has been on Leasing Specialist, Assistant Manager, and now holds the title of Property Manager. Her hard work, charisma, and a true passion for the Multifamily Industry helped her quickly to rise. She is a mother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family. Shannon volunteers at the Local Food Bank monthly.

I have been servicing the multifamily industry for over 16 years. I have served as a leasing professional, assistant manager, property manager, supplier and now the Associations Executive.  I have the knowledge and the expertise that makes me the unequivocal go-to resource for your AAA needs. As your Association Executive, I am here to serve you. My dedication and love for the multifamily industry and the development of others is what motivates me. I am a mother, a wife, and entrepreneur. When I am not working I enjoy fashion, time with my family and traveling.
