Shatoria Daniels

Shatoria Aytch-Daniels has been in the multifamily industry for 18 years and is a District Manager for Block Multifamily Group. Shatoria began her career as a Leasing Professional in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Since then, she has managed Class A, Class B lease up, Class B, Class C and Subsidized Housing communities. She has extensive knowledge and experience in customer service, leadership, team building and repositioning properties. She has been active with AAA since 2007 and active with NAA since 2015. She obtained her Certified Apartment Manager, Accredited Resident Manager (IREM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor accreditations through the National Apartment Association. She is also a graduate of Leadership Lyceum and NAA Faculty Member programs.
