Mike Fazio

After taking the advice from my best friend since junior high school who moved to Arkansas in 2007, I moved to Arkansas from Las Vegas in late 2008. In early 2009, under advisement from that same friend, I began my career in property management as a Leasing Consultant for a large conventional multi-family property in Springdale. I was eventually promoted to Assistant Manager where I remained until 2017 when the property changed management. I went on to work for another property in Springdale, where I was able to dip my toes into the tax-credit world of property management. Not long after in mid-June 2018, I was offered an opportunity to join a very small and new property management company, based in Springdale, Elevation Real Estate & Management as a property manager where I would once again have the chance to work with my friend of so many years and I had come to learn so much from. Since 2018, and because of fast-paced growth and successes of the company, in 2020 during Covid, I obtained my Real Estate License and I have now climbed up the ladder to my current position of Director of Property Management overseeing a company-wide portfolio of 2000 units with more substantial growth on the horizon. I owe my passion of and dedication to the multi-family industry to that same friend/mentor and enjoy being able to provide an important service to all the individuals that have housing needs as well as the rest of my team who serve them daily in hopes that I may inspire them the way my friend inspired me.

In my free time, I enjoy being a dog-dad to two spoiled and sometimes temperamental miniature schnauzers. They are a great source of comfort after a long day. Other hobbies or pastimes include attending as many music concerts and festivals, live comedy shows, and live hockey games as I possibly could. I also enjoy getting out and walking or hiking in nature and enjoying all the beauty the Natural State has to offer.
