Sean Davis

Sean joined The Lund Company in 2021 as a Regional Property Manager and was promoted to Director of
Residential Property Management in 2024. He oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties
in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Southern Missouri.
Throughout his time in the property management industry, Sean has developed a robust skill set spanning various
property types, including market rate, HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and numerous local, state, and federal
programs. Sean has experience working with local, national and institutional organizations. He excels in lease-up
management, predevelopment activities, new construction, commercial asset management and acquisitions. At The
Lund Company, Sean is responsible for the oversight of a team of Regional Property Managers and the physical,
operational, and financial aspects of multifamily and mixed-use communities held within the Company’s property
management portfolio.
Education
Sean studied business management at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and attended the North Dakota
School of Real Estate. He is an active member of the Arkansas Apartment Association, serving as a board member
and on the legislation task force.
