Sean joined the The Lund Company team in 2021 as a Regional Property Manager. Sean oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use properties in the greater Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri region.
Sean first started working in the property management industry in 2016. He also has experience in residential/commercial real estate sales throughout the upper Midwest. He has experience working across diverse geographic markets with a variety of different property types including market rate, HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and many other unique state/federal programs. Sean brings experience in new construction and has overseen projects through their initial lease-up and property renovations. Sean specializes in team development and building, asset management, and overall property operations.
