Melissa Squire

Melissa Squire has been in the Multifamily industry now for over 9 years. She began as a part-time leasing agent and worked her way up to Community Director. She has managed multiple properties for several management companies such as Trinity Multifamily, NPMA, and is currently working for Ram Partners LLC. She has worked hard to achieve the award for Leasing Agent of the Year in 2017 and Property Manager of the Year in 2020. Melissa has previously served on the Legal Committee in 2021 and 2022 during COVID. She is currently the Community Director of the Waters at Chenal Apartments. Melissa loves giving back to the community. She loves her family and two cats. She is looking forward to a great year with the Arkansas Apartment Association in 2024 and representing the AAA.
