Jessica Kikendall

I’ve been in the apartment industry for 16 years and currently lead my team as a regional manager. I’ve been with Timberland Partners for over seven years and have overseen a variety of assets in Florida, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. I earned my CAM in 2018 and hold an associate degree in business management. My team have earned awards through their local associations in categories such as Assistant Manager of the Year, Service Supervisor of the Year, Lead Service Tech of the Year, Maintenance Tech of the Year, and Leasing Agent of the Year. I am very excited to help support apartment industry professionals this year through educational opportunities with the Arkansas Apartment Association.
